Questions before you book?
A few quick answers to what guests usually ask us about routes, food, timings, and bookings.
What time does the houseboat check-in and check-out? −
Standard check-in is at 10:00 AM and check-out is at 9:00 AM
the next day. If you need slightly different timings or just day cruise, let us know
in advance and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Are meals included in the package price? +
All our cruises include welcome drink, lunch, evening tea
& snacks, dinner and breakfast with an authentic Kerala menu.
We can customise for vegetarian, Jain and basic allergy requirements.
Can we choose the route or stops during the cruise? +
Within the standard backwater circuit, yes. We follow a curated
route but the captain can adjust brief halts based on weather and
guest comfort.
How many people can stay on each houseboat? +
Lake Ripple is ideal for 2–4 guests, while Lake Royale can accomodate 4-8 people whereas Lake Riviera can host
slightly larger groups or large families. Share your group size and
we’ll suggest the best fit.
