● 0 -15 days prior to stay – No refund on the total amount
● 16-20 days prior to stay – 50% refund on total amount.
● 21 -30 days prior to stay – 80% refund on total amount.
● 30 -45 days prior to stay – 90% refund on total amount.
● More than 45 days prior to stay – 100% refund on the total amount
● No refund for reservation between 20th December to 5th of January
Refund Policy
The amount will be transferred to the same account in case of a refund. It would take a minimum of 7 working days.
Amend your reservation
●The guest has the option to amend the reservation without any charges before 30 days of the check-in date. Any amendment within 30 days of the check-in date will apply to amendment charges.
●Amendment not allowed within 20 days of the check-in.
●In case of any labour strike and unable to process the booking on the date, the booking can be rescheduled to the next available date.
●In case of natural calamities, booking can be rescheduled to the next available date.
No Show Policy
In case of a NO SHOW of a guaranteed reservation, Gokul Cruise reserves the right to levy retention charges for one night.
